NEP Announces Promotion of Graham Andrews to Global President of NEP Live Events
NEP Group, the world’s leading outsourced production partner for content producers of live sports and entertainment, announced today the promotion of Graham Andrews to Global President of NEP Live Events and CEO of the Creative Technology Group. The announcement follows significant growth in NEP’s Live Events operating segment over the last several years, growing from two US-based businesses in 2012 to today a family of six brands and the largest live events platform in the world.
Like organizational moves made to support NEP’s Broadcast Services side of the business in 2015, Chairman and CEO Kevin Rabbitt created the role of Global President, NEP Live Events to provide day-to-day support to NEP’s live event leaders and their teams. As Global President, Andrews will continue to report to Mr. Rabbitt and oversee NEP Live Events globally to help each division accelerate growth, service clients across geographies and cross-sell services from NEP’s other operating segments.
Andrews brings deep industry knowledge and experience to his new role. He has worked in the live events industry since 1976, beginning his career as an audio engineer working on theater and music productions around the world. He went on to pioneer the development of video as a presentation tool for the corporate events industry, leading to his founding of Creative Technology (CT) in 1986. Today, CT is a premier live events provider worldwide with operations in the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region. Andrews will also continue to run CT US in addition to overseeing NEP’s Live Events operating segment worldwide.
Rabbitt says: “We have great opportunities ahead of us – and the right people, resources and strategy to be a strong partner for our clients. I’m confident in Graham’s ability to support our talented live events teams in meeting their operational needs and to act as a global advocate and resource for all of NEP Live Events. These changes position us to continue our growth in the live events industry and to drive NEP forward.”
